Bay Gallery Home’s My Country tile range is an innovative translation of original Australian Aboriginal paintings depicting the Australian Aboriginal Dreamtime. The Dreamtime is the Aborigines' 40,000-60,000 year old creation myths which serve as their practical survival and moral guides.

Emu Dreaming denotes a sacred waterhole where initiation ceremonies are performed. The jealousy between Emus and the Australian Bustard are a theme of Dreamtime, and they would be found fighting over bush raisins around the site.

All our tiles are manufactured in and distributed from the UK.
