The gallery has many beautiful gift ideas for Christmas available from our Aboriginal art & interiors showroom in Tetbury, the heart of the Cotswolds.

You can choose unique, quality gifts from our Homeware & Accessories range or the ‘My Country’ Aboriginal interiors collection.

Bay Gallery Home safely send our mugs, teapots, soaps, moisturisers, throws, cushions, wallpapers, salad servers & bowls amongst many other products from our Aboriginal range all over the world.

Everything in the gallery is taken from original Aboriginal artworks with the artist and their community receiving royalties from each sale, thereby helping raise funds for community projects including transport from their remote Central Desert art centres to medical facilities in Alice Springs, Australia.

My Country : inspired by the land

"Our art is born from the dreams of each artist and the intense colours we see in our land."

Australian Aboriginal Art Wallpaper, Tiles, Rugs : Bay Gallery Home, My Country collection - Patrick Courbally Stourton

My Country references the Australian Aboriginal philosophy and creative process, whereby all of creation is in relationship, at one with the land.

In our pioneering translations of our artists' artwork into interiors ranges : wallpapers, tiles, rugs, we bring something of the character of Australia's landscapes into your homes.

The artwork we represent stands in the tradition of a sophisticated visual language, composed of layers of regular irregularities of colour, geometry, repetition and scale dynamics.

The particular provenance and symbols of this art – mapping myths, rituals and sacred topography – results in a compelling, versatile aesthetic with a most subtle compositional depth of field. It imbues spaces with wider horizons of the imagination.

We are proud to introduce you to My Country !

In this painting, Betty Pulamorton is depicting her bushmedicine – bushtucker – and the country where her #dreamtime stories sit. Knowledge is shared through each generation via ceremonies,  initiations, stories and more recently painting.

It was a much appreciated honour to attend Highgrove, HRH Prince Charles's Cotswolds residence, for drinks and canapés .

Prince Charles has always supported traditional Art projects through The Princes's School of Traditional Arts,  and he is keenly aware of the challenges facing Aboriginal communities – in which respect the process of making Art and the income it provides plays a significant role.
